User Data Deletion

JOMINI STUDIO respects your privacy. This page explains what data we process through our Instagram and WhatsApp integrations and how you can request its deletion. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

What data we process

• When you message our Instagram (@joministudio) or WhatsApp, we process the conversation so our assistant can help you find products and answer questions.
• For the Instagram direct-message assistant we keep a short-lived session (your Instagram-scoped ID and your last search) that expires automatically after a couple of days of inactivity.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How to request deletion

You can request the deletion of the data collected through our Facebook/Instagram integration (and our WhatsApp assistant) at any time. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Send an e-mail to joministudio@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject “Facebook Data Deletion”.
3. In the body, include your Instagram/WhatsApp handle (or ID) so we can locate your data.

After we receive it, we will confirm and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax/invoicing records of completed purchases).
